County Roads Series Maps: Butler County Approved!

We are very pleased to announce that as of August 14, 2006, Butler County’s County Road Series Map has been adopted! This map replaces the one adopted in 1990.

For the past few months, BRADD staff has been working diligently to produce the new County Road Series maps for 3 counties—Edmonson County, Logan County and Butler County. These counties were selected by the transportation cabinet to be updated under this contract. These maps are being created by the BRADD staff according to specifications set by transportation personnel and Area Development District staff other than BRADD staff. These maps are to be presented to fiscal court for approval upon completion.

It is expected that Logan County and Edmonson County will adopt their maps within the next couple of months.
