Senior’s Crime College

On October 18, 2006, the Bowling Green Police Department, Warren County Sheriff Department, AARP, TRIAD members, the Area Agency on Aging and the Attorney Generals Office conducted  a “Seniors Crime College” held at the new Fraternal Order of the Police building at 150 Corvett Drive.  The training is designed to inform seniors about the various types of financial and personal exploitation and to increase awareness about crime and fraud committed against the elderly.   Approximately 120 senior citizens, service providers and community agency staff attended this event.
