GO Somewhere! with GO BG Transit on one of four bus routes to one of the major destinations within the city limits of Bowling Green – Greenwood Mall, Western Kentucky University, grocery and discount stores, doctors’ offices, Greenview Hospital, the Medical Center, the Convention Center, Fountain Square… You name it, we probably GO there!
Fixed route bus service is open to the general public and available Monday through Friday beginning at 7:00 a.m. and ending at 6:00 p.m. See the attached schedule (2.92MB) in English and Spanish for specific information on the four bus routes, specialized service for people with disabilities, and various other shuttles. Western Kentucky University also operates the Big Red Shuttle with two routes during the academic year. One runs internally around the main WKU campus with another route running from the South Campus or Bowling Green Community College to the main WKU campus. Also, WKU operates the Big Red Shuttle on weekends for those students wishing to access shopping areas throughout Bowling Green.
